How do I start using this site?
After a simple registration which asks for email confirmation you can start using Fire Faucet.
You should start with adding your coin addresses on the Wallet Addresses page. After that you should check the Settings page to fine tune your settings. Now you're ready to actually claim. Go to the Dashboard page, check the different coins you want to claim and click "Start Auto Faucet"!

What is the minimum to withdraw and are there fees?

Why I sometimes get a 400 Bad Request?
This only happens when you are clicking many buttons at the same time or opening multiple short links at once. This is a security feature. When this happens simply wait 1-2 seconds and then refresh the page, all will work normal again.

Auto Claim Points (ACP) are needed to be able to Auto Claim cryptocoins. Depending on your settings one or more ACP will be deducted per coin and per claim cycle.

How can get free Auto Claim Points?
There are multiple ways to earn free Auto Claim Points. Doing Short links and Offerwalls, watching PTC ads, mining and collecting every 30 minutes from the ACP Faucet will all give you ACP. You can find all these options on the Dashboard page.

How are my claim rates determined?
Your claim rate depends on the boost you have selected on the Settings page. You can see the claim rates on the bottom of the Dashboard page. Your current level also affects the claim rates. The higher the level, the higher your earnings will be!

Can I use multiple tabs or windows or devices to Auto Claim?
No, only the last opened Auto Claim page will work.

Do I need to stay on the page to keep the Auto Faucet running?
No, you do not need to stay on the page. The Auto Faucet will run in the background but the tab has to stay open. It doesn't need to be in focus, so you can do other things in a different tab or window.

What to do with the Tasks page?
The Tasks page offers extra ACP (and BTC) if you do a certain amount of short links, offerwalls and claims from the 30 minutes faucet. You can "Collect" the extras there.

How am I paid for mining?
You are paid in Auto Claim Points (ACP) for all your mined hashes. The amount of hashes needed for one ACP is variable and is visible on the Mining page

Why do the mining hashes/claims rate keeps changing?
Mining rates depend on many factors including the price of cryptocurrencies, the difficulty of mining, etc. We use a third party tool called WebMinePool (WMP) to provide the mining feature. We pay whatever we get from them.

What should I choose, Web Mining or Console Mining?
The better option is Console Mining/Command Line Mining. Compared to Web Mining, the speed of Console mining is much higher. You can also use your GPU with Console Mining, this is not possible with Web Mining. Web Mining is simple and non-complicated.

However, many antivirus programs may block it as a virus. Make sure to make an exception so you're able to download and run the miner. You can Google your antivirus name and see how you can allow sites/apps.

You can simply change your password on the Settings page.
If you've lost your password, you can click on the Forgot Password button and follow the steps to reset your password. If you have not linked an email address to your account on older versions of Fire Faucet, you can open a Support Ticket and we will help you recover your account.
